Before anything is designed, there's time taken to understand the business, the clients, and what the site needs to do. Scope is confirmed, a shared workspace is set up, and all questions are answered before a single page is built.

DESIGN FOUNDATION

Designing the main page first — establishing the full visual system (typography, colours, spacing, layout) that carries consistently across every page. Review and approval happen before moving forward.

DEVELOPMENT & INTEGRATION

With the design approved, all remaining pages are built using the established system. A preview link goes out before launch — nothing goes live without sign-off.
